For everybody and every body, Zumba takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.  Ditch the workout and join the party! Burn calories while doing aerobics to Latin and international music. We’ll move to the beats of salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, belly dance, flamenco and more. Super effective? Check! Super fun? Check and check!

Yoga Lunch Break with Carole—11:30am to 12:00pm
Based on Yin yoga, Yoga Lunch Break is that half hour of time for yourself that you tend not to take during your busy work day. Take this time to breathe, stretch and be present to the needs and wisdom of your body. We move mindfully into and out of poses, and hold each one a bit longer than in other forms of yoga. This helps to bring openness and greater flexibility, as the stretch moves through our muscles and into our connective tissue. This is a slower-paced class, open to all levels of experience. It is a space of non-judgement, and all are celebrated. Yoga mat is needed.

Saturday
ALIGN with Jonathan—11:00am to 12:00pm
ALIGN is a weekly mobility and flexibility workshop; both play significant roles in pursuing a healthy lifestyle, as working on them can eliminate pain and reduce the natural decrease in range of motion that comes with age. ALIGN will help you to increase your range of motion and your balance, while strengthening your core, which will help increase your stamina and overall fitness to achieve beyond what you can right now.
